Fault A1200 2B board

I have a Board A1200 from a friend with a problem in boot.
Screen ,going and stuck to dark gray color.
I have checked several things, lines, caps, smd, ect, and there was not problem.
What I noticed is that, the Roms warm enough, and fast, while they should not.
Also, the memories remain frozen while I think the chip 2-4 must be warmed slightly, to a working board.
Also found a pin from clockport (this is down to C17A) be black, which indicates an old conflict.
I have change the Roms with tested working roms.
Memory chip on this board is the TC514800AJ-80
The board testing without HD, drive, keyboard, mouse, ect.
My brain going to fault memory chip, or CPU?
Any idea?
