Now, could you run AmiModRadioDEBUG from a Shell, please make sure that the Shell window is maximised and that the AmiModRadio window does not hide it, and grab a screen (if possible) or report the last lines dumped into the Shell, please? Thanks! |

running amimodradio with eagleplayer active on the other side, choosing option 2 "play the module":
system lockup situation after "After CheckSignal(...)", last entry in shell window. |

Thanks Honx! It helps me locate where the problem could be but I don't (yet) understand what the problem is...
Just to rule out some other possible sources of crash, could you repeat the same test (running EaglePlayer first) doing in a Shell: Code:
Stack 32768 AmiModRadioDEBUG MUI |

[QUOTE=tygre;1119059]
Using the player MultiPlayer, AmiModRadio works fine, is that correct? [QUOTE] Yes with OS3.9 base only MultiPlayer works fine ! Quote:
- EaglePlayer: works fine, opens icon on Workbench (iconify) - DeliTracker: works fine, opens GUI on Workbench + iconify - HippoPlayer: works fine perfect - MultiPlayer: works fine - AmigaAMP: no works opens GUI on Workbench (because Play only mp3) - AMPlifer: no works (because Play only mp3) Out of curiosity I will test other big player on my system Last edited by AMIGASYSTEM; 28 October 2016 at 01:55. |

MultiPlayer you can download it HERE, once you unpacked the archive, just copy the executable file Player C directory.Do not forget to exclude other players (moved to other directories not known by the system)

amimodradio does also guru with multiplayer (player in c:, all paths to any other players excluded). this thingamajig simply doesn't work.
would like to try the alternative to this player, called modexplorer... if there weren't so many dependencies (muiroyale, aiss, codeset)... my emulated amigaos 3.9 system will become a complete mess at some point, if i really have to install all of these. gets a bit scaring... |

could provide you with my hardfile and corresponding winuae configuration.
so you could search for it on this system. you would know what to look for. for my part i'm done trying without having any clue and stumbling around. |

honx verification if in Startup-sequence or user-startup if you have this command:
SYS:System/REXXMast >NIL: If there is no add (do a copy and paste) and then reboot the system |

i have "run >nil: SYS:System/RexxMast in S:user-startup. RexxMast is definitely running.
i did already the verification if RexxMast is running earlier in this thread, few days ago. there's a shell-screenshot which shows that. |

with amimodplayer i can upload and hear nothing because it crashes everytime i klick play button.
but every single player i have installed (eagleplayer, delitracker, etc.) works fine if i use them alone. the other thing i tried (modexplorer as alternative) at least worked for download and hear mods. but has broken interface can't work with. still not sure about messing up system with other stuff. mui and xad are installed. i assume they are installed correctly as they both had an installscript. |

Given the positive feedback that I have received from many users (including AmigaSystem in this thread as well as Retrofan, who includes AmiModRadio in AmiKit for Real), I would really like to make it work for you as well! Would you mind trying another, different debug version? Thanks a lot for your patience! |

i could try this once more. but i would rather upload my hardfile along with winuae configuration.
so you could test the software in my environment. you as developer would know what to look for. |
