Do you need the workbench 3.1?

Sorry me again do you need tthe workbench to run games in the emulator because every tutorial i see it tells you to install the workbench 3.1. I got all the kickstart roms but carnt find the workbench and everytime i set up the harddrive i get confused so do you need the workbench to play using winuae?.

Thanks.

To play most games you will not need the workbench disks

You will only need the Workbench disk for a very few games from disk, but if you want to use WHDLoad or install games to HD you'll need it.
