completely lost on the BPPCfix and BPPCfixfix

So ... I am lost.

So I have this blizzardPPC 040 and to do the warpos thing I did put BPPCfix in my startup, if I do a version "ppc.library" it says object not found. So far so good.

Then I want to use a newer 040 lib so my line looks like this: "BPPCfix install 040" . This should disable the internal 040 lib, being the 46.13. But this does not seem to work. I added these files to my libs:

68040.library 46.5
68040new.library 46.5
68040old.library 37.30
68060.library 46.15

I guess I can remove the 68060 library given I have 040 ? And what's with all the "new, old and whatever"-naming ? Anyway no matter what I always get to see the 46.13 68040.library .

What am I overlooking or am I doing pointless things ? Do I even need that newer 68040 lib ?

And then BPPCfixfix .... I am even more lost there. Follwoing Chucky/John Hertells Blizzard PPC install guide he mentions at some point he patches his 060 library so it can be loaded as a module ( or something like that ) ... so then I think " do I need to do this with my 68040 library ? " . Problem again ... All I get is "can't patch file" . For whatever reason.
