Picasso II distorted output

I have a Picasso II that gives a distorted picture on all screen modes.
The picture is heavily misaligned, curved on the edges and has some ghosting.
As if the picture would come with some invalid refresh rate.

The problem appears also with the passed through Amiga video signal.

Could the output connector be broken?
Visually there does not seem to be anything wrong the the board.

Are you sure the Picasso is the problem?

Did you tested the Amiga out without it connected?

There's something wrong with the Picasso.

The picture is flawless if I connect the monitor directly to Amiga video ouput using scandoubler.

So there is a problem on the analog part of the board.

Swap the three electrolytic capacitors. If no improvement, you need to locate a source for the delay lines (that square "things" next to the VGA out connector).

I replaced the capacitors but it didn't help.

How do I locate the source for the delay lines? I have rev 1.4 board.
By square things you mean the 5V Meisei relays?

By the way, the picture produced by the board is too big to fit on the screen.
It's vertically double the size it should be. If this helps..

Those funny square "relays" right on the back of the VGA connector.

Ok, but why quotes? These are 5V DPDT relays.

Does anyone have datasheets for these, couldn't find on the Internet?
Maybe these could be replace with some similar component.
