Final version of X-Copy + Cyclone
Does any body know what the last version of Cyclone was? I have "Cyclone V" v12.10 here... Any advances?
Thanks |

Hey Fiath, do you have that copy board yet for X-Copy + Cyclone?
I guess I should've kept mine for future reference or something but I sold it along with my first A500 so many years ago |

Copy board? You mean the dongle thing?
Yeah, I do have one, I am just trying to help a friend in Greece backup his Kick Off 2 disk as CAPS is not ready to release the image yet. Don't worry too much about not having a Cyclone dongle... I forsee that in the future, people will no longer need them. I am not saying any more. |

OK, I think you may have spilt at least a few beans with that comment, I wait with baited breath for the next CAPS info

a simple copy of the circuit board is good enough as there are no chips to hex dump... having a friend that was an electronic engineer at the time helped... he took the board to work and pressed his own circuit boards... Last edited by Djay; 26 October 2002 at 22:55. |

I got these subscription disk updates from the manufacturer and Cyclone's latest version is 14.02 - March '95. After March there were no further program updates.

I used (what i think was) the latest version of the cyclone software and it just wouldnt work? it would keep complaining about the device not being plugged in? *The site is now working for me peeps! i will build a new adaptor and post what happens |

I got Cyclone V14.02 wich is working on AGA based systems.
The parameter file is including only games from letter A to G. If anybody has some more/extra parameters or parameter files please let me know. I thing it would be great to build a parameter collection for Cyclone. |

Just out of curiousity? I know what X-Copy is because i used to program alot in the past, but what does Cyclone do?
I remember in the past i had a disk full of Cachet utilities. I only always used X-Copy. Would love to know what all these other Cachet apps do |
