uaehf.device does not set io_Actual for 64bit commands

If a TD_WRITE64 or NSD_TD_WRITE64 command finishes with io_Error == 0, io_Actual does not reflect the number of bytes which were written as it should. I didn't test #?READ64, but it's probably the same.

Confirmed. io_Actual is set but it is set in wrong place..

Excuse, Toni, WinUAE 2.3.1 can corrupt the hardfile if these features are used in AmigaOS 3.9?
