Amiga PSU repair

Hi, im try to repair amiga psu, i was check all transistors and mosfets on board with LCR-T4 tester and all is ok. i was check and replace c9 its a 1uF capacitor but old looking good in LCR. im also replaced transoptor with new one but nothing changed.



the 400v capacitor is load but on all outputs i have 0V.
all parts and pcb looking good, i have no idea what i can do more...

Have you checked the input and output of the main transformer? If you get voltage in but nothing out, then it's most likely open (broken).
If you don't get voltage into the transformer, then maybe the switching circuitry is not operating.
