Berra - Sickest game ever??
Has anyone seen this game?
As you can see from the screenshots, this game is quite sick.. it has every 'forbidden' aspect in: sex, drugs, violence.. Just look at the icons! Naturally, I want to play it. The problem is, I don't speak the language, I don't even know which language it is. All I have managed to do is to walk left and use the chainsaw on the woman.. but then I don't know how to open the door. Can anyone help? If you are interested, you can get it from here: Berra |

He he. That's Swedish, kid.
The first half of the second screen says: "How do you play it then? You'll have to do certain things to get to the next screen Sounds easy! Not at all! You'll have to turn your mind to such a low level that you ought to be ashamed of yourself" |

Thanks, not the detailed instructions I was hoping for but at least now I know that there *are* no instructions. I'll try to figure it out. So what does 'Kejsarsnitt' mean?

BTW, UT means OUT. And what you want to do is walk out of the room, right? Perhaps that'll help.

Kejsarsnitt? That's so fucking gross!!! I didn't even know the word in english so I looked it up in a dictionary and it said "Caesarean section"... I dunno. It's like when a mother gives birth to a child and they'll have to cut so that the baby can come out easier. Maybe not the best description

What else can you do besides wasting the pregnant woman? (and wank and try to aim for the mouth and then vomit in that same mouth and... :P)

Maybe the Swedes just nicked the word from German (who knows)? @TOSEC: This is *not* Danish! Last edited by andreas; 18 December 2003 at 11:13. |

Actually, I suspect what you mean is not a caesarean section. Caesarean section is when the mother goes under an fully-fledged operation and the baby is brought out just below the navel.
What I supect you mean is, when under *normal birth*, they cut part of the woman to make it easier for the baby to come out. This is fairly common, and the mother does not feel it because she is in so much pain anyway. It is called an episiotomy. If you are really that interested, you can get a full description here: http://www.babycenter.co.uk/refcap/165.html#0 |

Yeah, fiath is right. The dicyionary said Caesarean section, but on the other hand Episiotomy wasn't listed. Wow, I've learned a new english word

Don't be abusing that word Fisk - I know what it's like to have a new "saying" to play with, especially when it's sick.

Ok, some more translation for you:
The first screen: Berra (which is a name, or rather a nickname) Take the role as the swedish boy who one day decides to explore the world outside of his room. He gathers his most important possessions and goes out into the dangerous real world. Note! This game shouldn't be used by sensitive persons and Christer Rindeblad. And then it gives you the option to Play or Die. The second screen: Y: How do you play it then? B: You'll have to do certain things to get to the next screen Y: Sounds easy! B: Not at all! You'll have to turn your mind to such a low level that you ought to be ashamed of yourself Y: In other words sick humour? B: That's just the first name! Y: Sounds funny. Can I start now? B: Sure, just click a mouse button. |

On swedish TV around 1992 they said that there were some computergames where you could kill negros and open up the stumache of a dead pregnant women and kill the kid. I thought all that was bullshit untill I played some Berra in 1998.
There were a lot of rasism in some demos from Sweden. And nazis where sometimes at the demoparties. So its a common thing in computer productions from the early 90'ies in Sweden since patrioism and "nazi flirting" was a trend at the time. ...and it says on the screen "av brad.s morsa" which means by Brad.S mum. Brad S was a made up guy answering letters in a very rude way in DMZ, a famous Swedish C64/Amiga magazine. But I dont think this game has any connections with that mag, could be fun to know maybe.. |

And "Kejsarsnitt" really means "Caesarean section", not episiotomy or whatever. @Kodoichi: http://www.german-amiga-emu-board.de...0930&boardid=9 Last edited by derSammler; 19 December 2003 at 16:55. |

I can't lower my mind enough; apart from doing acts like Akira mentioned and putting some human cheese in front of the mouse hole (achieves nothing), what else can you do to get off the first screen?
I just don't have enough vileness within me to do well at this game. |
