It looks good!
I'm used to the old style, but the new layout allow the expansion of submenus, so I think it's good. |

<bad joke>
I don't know ... it just seems like it's missing something somehow. Maybe if you were to get rid of that list on the left hand side and add a few tabs ... hmmm. </bad joke> Seriously, I think you already know that I like it, and it ought to put an end to some of the complaints about the old GUI, though not all. |

Absolutely love the new look. The old GUI was getting way too congested with the small box and multiple tabs - this new larger display is excellent.
Thank goodness WinUAE still gets developed - most other old-school EMU's just don't see this kind of commitment. Thanks Toni as always. |

Fantastic looking frontend.
I have a request though.. when I try out unknown adfs in winuae and then want to rename them it wont let me! This is because winuae still has the file 'open'. Is there anyway you could read in the adf disk to memory and then close the file, thus freeing it to be renamed? I understand this would be a problem with games that write stuff back to the disk though. |

New layout is very promising -- will definitely make WinUAE looking fresh and cool...
When can we expect the new version? |

That's great! Looks like much more clearer than before! Especially the left menu, much more convenient than tabs.

Toni, since you've taken over Winuae from Brian King, you keep finding new ways to make this great program better and better. Keep up the good work.

@Toni
does the reset button *do* a hard reset or a soft reset, would it be possible to have a "Hard Reset" button and a "Soft Reset" button? |

@Djay
You do know of course that you can already do a "soft reset" from within the emulation via the Ctrl-Amiga-Amiga key sequence, right? We definitely need a hard reset option in WinUAE, but we can do soft resets already. |
