PCMCIA cf reader

What PCMCIA cf reader is the best one?
I bought one from migakit, bot it doesn't work with kingston (8gb i tried) and Trascend (64mb). So when asking to amigakit what kind of CF I have to buy they respond to me that their cfs work for sure! eheheh.

Ok so I ask you if are there any other PCMCIA cf reader better than this and more compatible.

Thank you all,

pincoo

generally cf flash cards of 1gb or 2gb will work ok
some 4gb cards works also but not always
do not try other sizes on the amiga

Id recommend sandisk brand cf's and stick to 2gb max for best chance of working. I think there is also a thread on compatibility.

Kingston are known trouble makers as well as trancend..

Steve.

advices

thank you for all your advices, I'll follow them as the Bilbe.

I'm very lucky, I bought 2 CF for my pcmcia CF data reader with different sizes to have a little wide variety of study case: a Kingston and a Transcend! I'm the number one!

Thank you,

pincoo
