EAB/Lemon Super League 2018: Round 8 Game Vote - OPEN ROUND

EAB/Lemon Super League 2018: Round 8 Game Vote - OPEN ROUND
Starts: 00:01 June 17th Finishes: 23:59 June 30th

Rules

Full rules are here.

Vote for five games.

Your first choice gets 5 points, second 4 pts, third 3 pts, fourth 2 pts, fifth 1 pt.

Remember to choose games suitable for competition play. Edited votes will be discounted (unless told otherwise) so think before you post. Please only vote on one board - either EAB or Lemon.

If a game comes in ECS and AGA versions, please state your preference in your vote. In the event the versions differ gameplay-wise, the version with most votes will be played. ECS is the default if you don't specify.

Rexsu - the winner of Round 7 (Ziriax) - has double voting power for Round 8. (1 = 10 points, 2 = 8 points etc).

Tactical or nosey voters can see the Lemon voting thread here.

This is the second Open Round of the season, meaning any game at all can be voted for as long as it is suitable for competition play.

Anyone is welcome to vote, play and chat at any time. May voting commence...

Good selection but it looks like Lemon has already ganged up again.

Yeh, wow. It looks organised but it's not. Atleast it's not involving me.

Hope you won't!

I don't see myself as a trendsetter, however, I like to think that really good games have a good chance to end up high in voting rounds. Although that's not always a 100% proven fact

It will only happen if Lemon stays up long enough to vote.

15 EAB players have taken part so far this year, so if they all gang up on us, we stand no chance.

I voted for Indy 500 because I played Formula One but I never played Indy 500 before and it looks like fun, so something new for me

Although I'm more in the mood for Golf I also look forward to finally getting to play Indy 500 which I never really got into before (only played this for about 30 minutes 26 years ago).
Want to see what the fuss is about and how it stacks up to F1GP.

I find Indianapolis 500 a superb game. Ofcourse it has quite a few similarities to F1GP and quality-wise I think they are pretty even. Only Indy 500 has the one track and it is oval racing. This might seem less appealing, but it gives some very very intens racing! When you are on the limit and you fly through a corner just inches away from the wall or trying to overtake another driver when doing 300+ km/h. It's intens!

And although you shouldn't crash to win the round if we should play Indy, the crashes are really fenomenal in this game. Much better than in F1GP in my opinion and they are a joy to watch in the replay with all the debris flying around, especially with pile-ups involving many cars.

I think it's a superb racer, almost as good as F1GP and I'm sure a real joy to play in our competition!

Indy 500 also ran pretty decently on my A500. Which F1GP very much did not, although I still got hours of fun smashing cars going the wrong way at 3 FPS.

Only 2 voters for EAB so far. Are we expecting a last minute rush? Could change everything. Especially Rexsu with the double bubble.

Well, maybe rexsu is in the mood for a relaxed mouse-controlled game.
