Workbench 3.1 but 3.0 Roms

Just a quick one, If I use a Workbench 3.1 disk to get to HD-Toolbox to format and partition a CF-Card and I have 3.0 Roms will this be an issue?

I've lost all my 3.0 Workbench disks.

And worst case scenario.. If I'm in an full Workbench installation on the CF-Card and format then partition would I run into any problems with that method too?

I used to run 3.1 with 3.0 roms fine, Some people have said it doesnt work too well but I never had any issues. You could always softkick 3.1 roms if needed I guess.
