4 colors WB icons - new set :)

Hi,
if somebody likes very dull looking WB in 4 colors then fill free to try it out
updated

All icons are 40x40 pixels (because of highlighted outline when selected) so they will not look nice with low resolutions WB.

As small bonus I have attached few icons for fileTypes in Opus and def_icons for WB as well.

1. Be aware that these icons need gray WB background color otherwise they will "blend" into back picture
2. All files were packed on PC so I had to change the name of AUX.icon to _AUX.icon (please change it back after unpacking)

Will keep MagicWB for 1.3 but really like the design/art of some of your icons.
Thanks for the screen shots and nice work !

This is brilliant work.
I would personally have done them in black and white, black borders and white fillings.

I'm glad that you guys liked it.

You can do whatever you want with these icons including changing the colors

BTW, the link in 1st post got updated - it appeared that 1 icon was missing. And in the meantime I changed few of them as well.

I used blue color because it works perfectly well with my WB.

My god, I had to double check to convince myself that was just 4 colours, which I know sounds stupid, but it just looks so unfathomably good!

Well done! When i get another Amiga up and running i'll be using these.

I get that 640x512 is the interlaced mode, but 800x600? Whats going on there? Is that a superdenise mode?

Surely there's an app out there that'll do hue/saturation changes to multiple files at once? Just a thought

I imagine white on the classic blue wb1.3 desktop would look great.

Hmm... is that really 4 colours? I just count 2. Maybe + 2 for black/white frame? However, very nice looking icons peceha. At least they should break display speed record with PeterK's icon.library.

2 for unselected state + 2 for selected -- you can easily make them use 2 colors in total
I just wanted them to fit into standard WB scheme.

I think super72 comes with the 'superdenise' which is part of ECS.

I've never used it because I can't usually stand 4 colours, but with icons like this i'm game!

Oh it looks very nice for sure, but my question was about the resolution itself.

I'd forgotten that the so called 'productivity' modes were added to ECS when it replaced OCS.

Cheers,

John
