ACA1233n 26MHz saying 40MHz in ACAInfo?

I'm pretty new to all this so forgive me if this is a silly question. After a pretty long and entrenched battle with UAE, CF adapters and Classic Workbench, I finally managed to get a CF setup and migrated to my actual A1200.

After another couple of false starts (seating accelerator cards properly is an art) I also managed to get my ACA1233n installed and configured.

My question is, ACAtune is reporting the CPU speed as 40MHz. Is this normal or has the card been overclocked (it came to me preloved). I've verified the card has a 68030RC25B installed not the 40MHz version.

SysInfo is showing it as 25MHz, and the MIPS value seems to correlate with that. So why it's being reported as 40MHz, I don't know. It's possible that the ACAInfo tool just lists the maximum speed of the card, which would be 40MHz with a different CPU, but that seems like an oversight...

ACAInfo tends to be inaccurate in its reporting, I have the 40Mhz version which ACAINfo sometimes reports as 26Mhz and always shows the MapROM as disabled when tests have shown that it is actually enabled.
Jens at Individual Computers ahs acknowledged that there are some reporting bugs int he ACA software but since the software is actually working properly but just reporting wrong values then it's low in his to-do list.
