[REQUEST] implement Windows variables paths

@Toni

For an easy portability of WinUAE directory (with all ROMS, FS, data files etc.) could you implement Windows variable path support (%USERPROFILE% etc.)? E.g.:

My usual WB "PICS:" volume assigned to "C:\Users\my_name\Pictures" --> "%USERPROFILE%\Pictures"

Good idea!
At least, allow to enter %XXX% values in file/dir/volume selectors from interface and do not resolve them immediately (or this is useless)

This may not be that simple change. Same file access functions are used to read "PC files" and Amiga directory filesystem files.

Probably the resolution of these variables should be done at config load time rather than at file access given that this is purely a host thing.

Moreover that would allow other config variables to use Windows/host environment variables which could be quite useful.

But then saving config will save expanded paths which most likely is not what user wanted.
