There was a kick ass version of Tetris on the Atari ST that I used to play as a kid, I`m sure it was free on a coverdisk..There were loads of psychedelic effects in the background and the music just seemed to go on forever. For the life of me I can't remember what it was called but to have it on the Amiga would be awesome.

Update:

It's called TESERAE.

How about Phantasie II (that someone started a while back and never finished) so we can finally have the Phantasie Trilogy on Amiga.

the st port of DEFENDER OF THE CROWN featured more in-depth strategic elements compared to the unfinished original version.

i don't think that the CDTV/CD32/DOTC2 had this elements ...

i agree for Get dexter 1&2

Tempest would be sweet port for the Amiga if there were some techno mods added for the soundtrack, and maybe some copper effects in the background to give it the feel of the Atari Jaguar version

I do realize there is Tempest 1200 available but an enhanced port of the Atari st version for Ocs/Ecs would be nice!

An Amiga version of Thrust would be great. Especially as the ST version is fairly disappointing.

This also would be good. I've just given Tempest 1200 a go and it's not that great. The ST version of the original game isn't much better, either. A decent version of T2K for AGA would definitely go down well here. That might be an enormous task for whoever took it on, though. Maybe Jeff Minter's got a few months going spare?

Would be nice to see the st version ported.

Worthwhile ? Yes. Of course a demo isn't the same feeling as a game but without demo, the amiga scene would never have existed (or not the same we know) and we would have all those technical researches, varied tools to create (Seka, Asm One, Dpaint), to compose (soundtracker)....
The ST scene offered more that we believe it in the Amiga scene in the earlier days and vice versa.
Of course i could use an ST emulator to see it but i could do the same with an ST game.
If you had not said : possible "no", I would not have argue but if it is actually possible to see one demo mythical as the cuddly on Amiga would be a real pleasure and an opportunity for many to discover one ATARI demo and see the ATARI differently.
Many games were already mentioned to be adapted on Amiga and I said to myself that a demo could be a beautiful challenge
Thanks for your answer

TCB's "Cuddly Demos" was such a milestone back then and it is still an entertaining demo!

That being said, it would be much easier to recode the demo rather than porting it due to the various fullscreen and other ST-specific tricks used. This is quite a bit of work of course! I have noted your request but that doesn't mean I'll create an Amiga version of "Cuddly Demos".
