Who owns which rights? Amiga Inc/Commodore Inc/Cloanto/Hyperion?

i'm a little bit confused... who of the 4 companies owns which rights?

Amiga Inc (US) = Amiga logo
Commodore Inc (US) = Commodore logo
Hyperion (Belgium/Germany) = AmigaOS
Cloanto (Italy) = Workbench/Kickroms licensed by ???

Gateway purchased the Amiga assets from Escom in 1997 and since 2000, this Amiga intellectual property has been licensed to Amiga, Inc.

The current owner of the trademark, Amiga Inc., has licensed the rights to make hardware using the Amiga brand to a UK computer vendor, Eyetech Group. However, due to poor sales Eyetech suffered substantial losses and ceased trading. In 2010 Commodore USA acquired rights to the Amiga name

So Commodore OWNS the right or just licensed it?

This is what you get..... trandmarks exchange hands further down the line..

I think Cloanto has some 'small' stake in this one as well (well they always did)

This is the sad fact that future generations won’t get to know Amiga games as the whole Amiga world is screwed between several companies.

I mean the odds of them coming together to release an Amiga mini for people who can plug into their TV is zero.

Even my wife has said why haven’t they released a mini Amiga as she used to love her A600 before I met her, casual gamers want these plug and play machines and as usual the Amiga is being left behind.
