The price has utterly been exploding on that one:

If anyone with a good knowledge classifies it as rare, I will also set the Rarity = Rare flag in HOL for this one ...

Wouldn't call it a common game. The game was published by a German company, so if it's going for such a high price on Ebay Germany then it probably is a rare game. Can't remember ever seeing an original boxed copy here in Australia, even on Ebay Australia IIRC.

Not that rare, as at least it was sold for more than a few weeks

But outside Germany it is indeed very rare. Qualifies for location based rarity just like many games.

Prices fluctuate, I got £140 for a copy of Dungeon Master on ebay a few years back but ive seen it go for as little as £30 since.
