Hi turrican3!

Thanks.

Another idea is to find a location near Dover.
But we´ll see how many km´s our British Amiga friends have to cover.

Well, in that case you have to refer to our webcam.
Or you are able to get a cheap ticket. Donation anyone?

666Km from Belfast to Calais. Small matter of two seas to cross though

Dover would work better. ROAD TRIP!

I was thinking that maybe choosing a location isn't just a matter of distance... there needs to be a good venue of course. And it would be good if some EAB members lived nearby to help organise?

there is airfly too it's possible to find ticket for less than 100 euro from england to france or blegium or deutshland or in the other side. by exemple from belgium i paid 87 euro to spain. We could make the meeting in spain then

Yes. But I´m sure this is solvable.

It seems to be a location / distance compromise then...

I vote for France. Yeah, its RCK's board so naturally RCK should host the EAB party. lol.

In his back garden (which is 350 acres).

I think a bigger problem than travelling would be finding somewhere to stay while you are there before you fly/train/swim back outta there

Sound interesting, I'd like to come.
And I've never been to England - if you don't count transfers at Heathrow, so maybe I'am for England.

I'll drop by and hang in the OT/Movies bar.

Flight to London Stansted is pretty cheap from most of europe, and my french does suck. Still, fine wines and good cheese... :P

I vote for Finland, petting polar bears and Tony

We should find a place where we can stay like they do on demo parties.
