TOSEC update

Thanks to lilalurl ( ) the file server now hosts the latest TOSEC set
All disks repacked with 7Zip. Same folder structure as the last one.
Enjoy

I like the new structure in the server
but I don't like that ADF files in Tosec are in 7z format
no problem on winuae or windows
but
my A1200/030 takes 2 about mins to decompress that 7z files
and the only way on the real hardware is XAD library + a recent addon I
found on aminet

it is possible to return to zip format ?

ok

but 7z format is a really slow format to decompress on ancient hardware

my 030 takes 2 mins to decompress 1 file

I wonder how fast is the 040 or the 060 decompressing 1 adf file in 7z

Okay, back for the bit longer answer
Do you have any other relatively fast method of transferring files to your Amiga? Via your home network for example. Given the amount of files, 7Zip was chosen because quite a bit of size could be saved that way and that meant lilalurl (and my humble self) could upload them faster. We thought most people would extract the files on their PC/Mac and then transfer them to their Amiga. If there is real demand downloading the zipped ADF files directly to the Amiga, I will think about it again
