Mellow songs from all Time Periods

I've noticed many if not most songs from other music related threads are usually joyful and up-tempo.
I guess people go through different moods throughout a day (e.q. introspective, meditative), so I thought why not post songs / instrumentals on the mellow / moody side ? Personally, I like mostly songs from the 70's and 80's, especially acoustic, but feel free to post whatever mellow tunes you have in mind, just avoid too modern / mainstream / bizarre / filled with angst ones (e.q. The Eagles, Ok, Kiss, not Ok ). Here's a couple :

Des'ree - You Gotta Be (1994)

Tanita Tikaram - Twist in my Sobriety (1988) Man, does she sounds bitter...

Doobie Brothers - Jesus is just Alright (1972)

Alan Parson's Project (well, mostly Alan Parson all by himself) - We Play the Game (2004) We don't always play by its rules... Do you ?

Spandau Ballet - Through the Barricades (1986) One of the most hauntingly beautiful song of the 80's

Lou Reed - Dime Store Mystery (1989) "The duality of nature, Godly nature, human nature splits the soul [...] I wish I hadn't thrown away my time
on so much Human and so much less Divine
"
inspired mysticism from the late Lou Reed, and maybe a hint of Warhol passing reminiscence, which took place a few months before the release of New York.

Hope you do enjoy this stuff, that it's not too sappy overall. Ok, a few more :

Mark'Oh - United (2009) Some hard-bitten members could ponder on the chorus implications "Maybe some day we'll be united, and then our love won't be divided" oh, well

Madonna - Wrap You Up (1984) still fresh compared to say into the groove; granted, the guitar solo isn't exactly Van Halen caliber, but still mildly enjoyable hopefully

Jimmy Somerville feat. June Miles Kingston - Comment Te Dire Adieu ? (1989)

Diana Ross - Do You Know Where You're Going To ? (1975) As scissors beat paper, Diana Ross beats Tina Turner

Jimmy Cliff - Many Rivers To Cross (1969) sounds like speaking from experience (actually, he was)

UB40 - Kingston Town (1989) (looped) this flawless song did hit a stride when I was exposed for the first time to the newly mown hay smell of a joint (quite pleasant, but I didn't toke) during a car ride with a couple of middle school mates.
