ProTracker 3.61 & A600
Hi there people. I think I really need your help :)
I need to run ProTracker 3.61 on Amiga 600. Older versions have bug - loading modules containing samples with REPLEN=0 cause GURU. And I have thousands of such modules :) PT3.61 archive contains two files: ProTracker and ProTracker_000 which I assume is version for 68000 processors. But the problem is - both versions crash on A600 :( I tried kickstart 37.350 and 39.106 - no luck. I tested PT on WinUAE and it seems that it runs fine only when cPU is 020 :/ Has anybody managed to run 3.61 on A600? |

I think that release of ProTracker is AGA / 020 only so I don't think you'll be able to get it to work on ECS A600.
The latest ECS version of PT I could find was 3.15 but I don't know whether that supports the features you need...? |

Well, I thought that too, but separate _000 version made me wonder. There is also confirmation in the guide that such version was developed.
AGA isn't required, at least on WinUAE. ProTracker 3.15 has this bug, unfortunately. |

You could try 3.62 (with bugfixes) if it works on your A600.

I have this if not a similar one running in my A600, will let you know if I am not mistaken later and if I am not, I will upload my version to The Zone.

Bumping this one
 I will really need PT >3.6 running on my A600 in next months. I tried several versions (3.61, 3.62fix, 4.0beta) but with no luck  Can anyone test them on 68000, please? |

On my A500 I used V3.15. On the same disk is V3.51 and V3.58. So this versions might work too. If you haven`t tried it already.

The 3.61 I have will only run on 68020 and later, even the version that specifically says it's for 68000.
