help for A600 4MB Kipper2k board
Hi to all,
I'm in trouble with this board! I bought new from Kipper2k, but for family reason I'm not in condition to install on my A600 for many time :-( Yesterday I have finally the time and the mind to fit it but with my delusion it don't work... The A600 show a yellow screen and after some reboot show the board as defective... The A600 is with 3.1 rom and only floppy disk. I work very well even with HDD and 1MB chip 601 memory board. Load games, app and demos very well. The A600 4MB board is well fitted, as instruction fro kipper's site, it look very well, no damage or other strange sign... I think that the board is bad, I have write to kipper2k but no reply for he... Anyone have a suggestion for me? best regards |

The first and usual is to make sure you have cleaned the 68000 pins with alcohol, and then is is firmly fitted.
Maybe other will have further useful tips.... |

Try sending a PM to kipper2k on here, he usually reads them.
But before that remember cleaning the 68000's pins. If they're dirty, you could be having a bad contact on some of them. |
