Amiga Future through Amigakit?

Why is the annual sub £66+ for 6 issues per year when individual issues are only £6.89?

That is less than £42 per year if I buy each issue as it becomes available at Amigakit versus if I buy a year's sub at £66.

Why the massive markup in postage? (I know it comes from Germany) Am better off buying an issue one at a time. ???

I think I paid around £3 for postage as and when they came out. I lost interest in the magazine though about 6 months ago so no idea how much postage has inflated. I did buy my first issue straight from Germany but it actually cost me more than buying from amigakit. also took longer.

edit: thinking about it, if it cost me more to have it shipped from germany, then it makes sense that amigakit charge almost £4 as even buying in bulk they've gotta cover the cost of shipping from Germany to them, then from them to you. They sell the magazines for the same price as germany so i doubt they actually make much if anything at all

It is £6.89 per issue plus shipping which is £1.12 according to thier shipping estimate for addresses in the UK. So the total for one issue is £8.01 For 6 issues that is a total cost of £48.08
