I collected this little collection today. I csn confirm that the eab members were right to be wary as two of the 1200s didn't work when I arrived. The third did as did the apollo 030. We negatioated a new price that I feel was extremely generous and fair.. Have a look at what I got
[ Show youtube player ] There is a lot of work to get it checked and cleaned as it's been in storage but still a great haul. Anyway Amiga1200 was a complete gent and I am more than happy with this, and would like to thank him.. |

Great video @BippyM and an amazing collection @AMIGA1200 ! I was interested as didn't live far but my issue was storage space! Definitely a bargain for the price considering how much boxed games, accelerators and faulty Amiga go for these days...
Looking forward to the updated videos to see these machines back to their former glory! |

Not a scam, but due to difficulty in testing anyone buying this and not viewing and testing would be disappointed and would have claimed a scam. Instead I think a1200 has forgotten how to power up and test the amigas and i fully believe the last time he used them they worked.
As a side note, I can confirm now that two of the amigas seem to work. The third has a chipram error or similar (green screen) and will need to be repaired. I will post some updated pictures at some point of them cleaned up and booting |

great collection, but it looks like you need to do a lot of work and quickly before wifey gets angry .
Hmm current exchange rate, 700GBP = 1337.51NZD How did you move all the stuff? Simonhez: I agree, NTSC Amiga 1200s might be expensive but it seems to be the best place to get A3000 as most of the A3000 I see on sale on ebay are NTSC. |
