What Kickstart / Workbench do I need to see CD-ROM ?

HI,
I was wondering what is the lowest Kickstart and Workbench version that will allow me to use ATAPI CD-ROM in my Amiga 4000 desktop.
Currently I have KS 3.0, WB 3.0 and it doesn't see it.

3.0 will suffice. Just install IDEfix97 or ASIMCDFS or the CD file system you like best.
