Someone on here sent me a copy so thanks for that. (Simmo?)
A good read and well worth the cost, even if the Post Office lost the first copy, so he had to send another, and then guess what the Post Office found? The fvcking lost copy! Obviously its not down to Darran and Co, but I can't believe the piss poor distribution of this thing. Surely it would have been a sale or return item, so no actual loss for whoever sells it and has a few copies left because they can return it and not be charged. I just hope that if theres another one, the distribution gets better attention next time. |

First up - You're most welcome Galahad!
Second - As Galahad says, I sent him a copy which the Post Office 'lost' for a few weeks before returning to me! By then I'd located another copy to send. The upshot of this is that I now have a spare copy, if anyone on here is still after it? My only condition is, after the aggro with Galahads 'lost' copy, I will only send via Recorded Delivery... Anyone interested? Send me a PM and if I get more than one reply, it'll be first come first served. Cheers guys. Edit: Book now reserved for nujack Last edited by Simmo76; 02 March 2015 at 11:51. |

Hi nujack.
Not received your PM. Could you try again? Will need your full address - assuming you want it sending to Germany - and I'll have to check how much postage will be. OK? Edit: PM now received from nujack. Last edited by Simmo76; 02 March 2015 at 11:50. |

To those still looking for this book, there may yet be a re-print.
This is from page 109 of this months issue of Retro Gamer. I would suggest anyone seriously interested to get in touch and register further interest with them. The more copies they know they're likely to sell, the more likely a re-run, surely? |

It's just hit the newsagent shelves here in Australia and costs $20 for any Aussies reading.

If you haven't read those articles in Retro Gamer when they were first published, it sure is a great collection to have. Looking forward to a volume II + vol. III (AGA).

I wonder how much stock they did have because it's still out of stock! I hope they reprint enough to compensate the demand. (I was lucky enough to order an ere copy in the stock couple of weeks ago but it was lost in the postage I think and I cannot reorder again. (I can cry now)

Apparently there a some copies left in WHS in Beeston, Notts. I'll nip in and buy the remaining stock (probably only 2 or 3 copies) if people want them.
I'm sure that when I got my copy it was the last one they had, so it may be that more copies have been printed or made available. I'll post again later to say whether or not I managed to get them. |

OK, I managed to secure 3 copies of The Amiga Book. If anyone wants one then please PM me. I'll do a strict First Come - First Served approach, as it's the only fair thing I can think of. I'll use the timestamp in my PM inbox.
I'll post the book in an over-sized, cardboard-backed envelope to ensure the postie doesn't try bending the thing in half to get it through your letter box. Postage, including the envelope, is £3.50. Add that to the £9.99 of the book and you get a total of £13.49. Paypal preferred, but I will accept bank transfer, or cash on collection if anyone lives local to Nottingham. Please note - I have cursed the books*. If you buy one with the sole intention of trying to sell it on for a ridiculous markup, then all of your computers will turn into Mattel Aquarius' with faulty keyboards and missing CPUs! Cheers LuMan *Obviously this is not true. But I'd rather the books went to people who will cherish them |

Well, they went quick! If I stumble across any more I'll post again.
