Please help me: one by one instruction needed

Hi!
I used to play on the commodore 64 back in the good old days. Now, I recently downloaded winUAE plus a kickrom and the game "Night Hunter", in which you play a vampire who has to suck blood. But I couldn't play it. After the cracktro and the trainer, the screen just went black and didn't start.
And this happened with other games, too. The only game I managed to play so far on winUAE has been Rick Dangerous.

Now I'm not interested in the details of winUAE. I just wanna play "Night Hunter" lol. Can you help me? I need a step-by-step dummy description without links of where to download Kickroms, or other files, what configurations to make in winUAE in order to play Night Hunter and so on.

I reaaaaally want to play that game, coz it brings back memories.

Maybe just wait some time, floppy disk drive emulation is in real time.

Once you've sorted that kickstart issue, just use the quickstarts (A500 most common for Night Hunter). No need to mess around with any config entries 'manually'.

So maybe Night Hunter need 1MB of RAM when Rick Dangerous only 512KB.

Get real...

Sort the kickstart issue yourself. It is illegal for anyone here to give you any of the kickstarts from Amiga Forever. Google for more information about the legalities.

I just tried night hunter, A500+ config with 1MB RAM, all OK.

alright I have all files so far, but I still can't get past the title screen. Can't figure out why.

It is rather loathsome, isn't it ? Of course it may not be INTENDED that way (although I can't see how this could be "misinterpreted"), I'm sure the OP isnt an anti-semite, maybe he's just too thick to realise how offensive it is.

Harsh ? maybe, but our friend Mr Strangler has already broken several rules by asking about Kickstart roms, even after being told not to so it wouldn't surprise me

This has already been pointed out to us just so you know we're not ignoring it. The problem is - he can't change his name, and the moderators can't do it either. Only RCK can do it but he's not here that often at the minute so I don't know how long it will be, but it will definitely have to be changed so it would be helpful if he could tell us what he wants it changed to.

Can we please have no more said on the matter now; it will be dealt with as soon as it possibly can.
