KCS Power PC Board Manual in ENGLISH

As per the title, I need a scan of the English manual for this board.

The one I have is Dutch (I think?) and I cannot figure it out.

Please help if you have it...I'm dying here

I am sorry but I cant help you.

But, please, could you put your manual in the zone? This would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers Josh

I haven't used my scanner since changing computers, so will need to find driver disk.

Will try if I can

FingerLickin.

I have an English Manual for the KCS Board,, but I think it is an early revision, it does not mention HD setup or support at all.

All it talks through are the software options and again this is version 1 and very basic.

The new software which cured my upside down display.. does show support for the A590 and GVP HD8 (I have HD8), however I'm waiting for kind Doog to send me his spare SCSI drive as mine failed a while back and then I will attempt a DOS partition.

Have you checked the latest disc for readme files.....

Also for some reason 10MB min HD partition is ringing bells???

Hmm, well something you said has made me think.

The partition I’m using is almost 1GB (995MB to be precise).

Maybe there is also a maximum partition size limit too?

Hi,

I've seen in another thread (see here: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?...&highlight=kcs) the user r0jaws was so friendly and have put the
english manual in the zone. Thanks a lot if he read this

Cheers Josh

Yeah, r0jaws really came through on that one...and in his very first post I think!

I've just finished scanning the Dutch version, but can'y put in the zone because even in .rar form it's still 11.2mb big

No ability to make nice Adobe documents here like r0jaws did, so I'm at a loss at how to supply to those who requested it.

I might be able to mail people CDs, but if that were the case, I'd have to ask that only those who actually NEED it ask...as I can't afford to post a million CDs out if it's just because people think it'd be cool to have without actually owning the card (or being able to read Dutch).

Sorry if the above sounds nasty, but all I'm saying is if you actually need the Dutch version, let me know and if a million people don't ask, I can send it to you
