I have a problem with Apollo 1040 as well.
It loads WB (not always) and then later it stops. It has 32MB EDO ram module. I tried 2 different 16MB modules but non of them worked at all. I have couple other modules, but they can't feet because of chip holder on the card. Not sure if I have to change some of the switches on the card. Amiga works fine without memory or without card. Is there any instructions or with manual for this card?? Last edited by Anubis; 08 March 2007 at 18:35. |

My Apollo 1240 with 060 chip was horribly unstable. But then I modifyed my A1200 motherboard and now it is stable as a rock! And damn how cool the 060 runs!
Motherboard revision was 1D4. |

I saw motherboard revision topic early, but I've lost it. Time to dig that up. I think that I have the same revision.
