LOL

While viewing the ending with only one player; I accidently pressed the mouse button (which is set for Port 1).

Bub then joined the action; I could move and shoot bubbles

I agree, you have to let him choose for himself what he saw as a new project. (with request lists we would never have had this awesome port of Bubble)

I played v.0.99 quite a lot today.

Except for one time where I had to quit the game as I where stranded in the "big heart" level, there is only one issue that shows up quite often. It is not a major one but when music start to play fast it is sometimes not slowing down until next level.

I'm quite hooked on Tiny Bobble. I'm still only around level 30 but I'm progressing

some comments on 0.99,

- missing points awarded for bouncing on bubbles (10 each time)

- when you have multiple enemies trapped in bubbles, its too difficult to pop them all together, thereby missing out on the popping bonus.

I looked at the arcade version and I could see the little dragon fire much more rapid if tapping fast enough.

Fixes
  • Fast/Long bubbles fly too far
  • Keyboard on faster CPUs still has issues (thanks Toni)
  • ESC Key now quits the game (since v0.95)
  • Multipop scoring wrong
  • Endboss takes not enough hits (now 20 hits, for Damiens testing efforts)
  • Player 2 can join in endpart

beta version 0.991

Tested on real Amiga 500 + 512k expansion, Commodore 1084 monitor, and game
written on floppy.

DOES NOT WORK

after loading the message "Not enough chip mem" appears


The game works perfectly when loaded from the gotek drive.

If you disconnect the external drive, the game loads regularly.

Maybe at this point it's worth putting a message first warning you to unplug it to make the game work.

I thought that was common knowledge.
Games really use every last bit of ChipMEM usually.
