eagle players package?

i am looking for the latest eagle players package as one plain zip file. already went though my bookmarks but do not remember where i once found it..

You'll find various player archives for Eagle Player and Deliplayer/Delitracker on the EAB ftp server. Not sure if they contain the latest players though, you may have to update these manually as and when you need them.

That's the same package that's floating around in various places. It contains most players but some have newer versions available. It's a great starting point though, you can just download newer players and overwrite the old ones when you need to.

sure, it can be done this way. i wonder why a single zip download is not offered though?

Did you have any luck getting a recent set of players Nova?
I'm about to start sorting Delitracker and Eagleplayers out, I can't really be chewed but I would like an up to date set, I have a button set up on Dopus to get version numbers of files, So I was going to create a new dir and move latest versions to there from the player sets I already have

I know that some (all ?) UADE players can be used with EaglePlayer too

no, unfortunately not. it is still that outdated package (above post).

if you succeed in sorting it out, i'd be very interrested in it.

i felt like giving it another try and do a batch-download of all the actual wanted team players.

now, it's been years since i fiddled around with download managers and one of the most recommended ones for linux seems to be uget.

is anyone familiar with this tool (v. 2.2.0) and can point me to the batch downloader (so to download all .lhas in one rush) before i go , please?

i am sure this tool handles batch downloads and perhaps i only overlooked it, but i just don't see that option.

I use Internet Download Manager for this type of thing

glad it works for you, but it is trial software and not even avaiable for linux...
