Hobbyte PD Greats
This may be a bit of a long shot but I'm after some PD compilations which came bundled with my first Amiga. We bought it from a shop called Hobbyte in Luton and it came with a series of disks called "Hobbyte PD Greats" and "Hobbyte Childrens PD".
A quick google search throws up a page with the disk names listed, so at least someone out there on the internet knows of there existence! http://www.btinternet.com/~scuzz.mail/amiga_scuzz140.htm
It would be hugely nostalgic if I could get hold of some adfs of these disks so I can relive some of my earliest Amiga memories. |

I found while looking through some old stuff the Hobbyte Amibase disk. It read out to ADF without any errors:
Download ADF: http://zaphod.hacked.jp:60000/eab/hobbyte-amibase.adf Unfortunately that's the only Hobbyte disk I have. If you want me to mail the actual disk to you I can do so. |

How can I confirm this for myself with a PC? I can see the bootblock contains something it shouldn't btw, it's not clean like a standard dos bootblock. Last edited by john1979; 29 July 2015 at 13:03. |

For the small demonstration: - Put in your disk on a A500 config - reset - Put a bootable and unprotected blank disk - And coincidence, bootblock of the blank disk has changed Otherwise, easier, you can use my program : ADF-Workshop |
