Thats not the point, there are rules, "Cody" his rules, you should know this fact.

Okay, I see your point. I'll ask Cody about it once he's back from his vacation. For me it is enough to be sure the scans are genuine and not 'faked'. Since these scans are 'just' a quality update, I added them. The copyright for the boxes remains with the copyright holder of the game, so the other site also only has a fair use policy to warrant hosting the image (I have to ask Cody to make it clear in the FAQ too).

Scans removed. HOL doesn't host scans taken from other websites EVER without soliciting permission first and expects the same courtesy in return. The same goes for data mining of info. contained in game entries (i.e. credits etc.). Regular transgressions on this front have been looked upon very dimly by the team in the past.

You do bring up one good point, though, about there not being any explicit statement in the FAQ that outlines the need for submissions to be of an original nature (i.e. not "borrowed" from websites or other public sources). It needs to be added when Cody gets back from holidays.
