What kind of PPC processor is it ??? Those that are used in the Cyberstorms is totally different then the ones used in the Blizzards. And there´s the matter of the speed that you can get out of it. Even if you can place it for example in a Blizzard PPC, you need to overclock the card to reach 300 Mhz. Even if the processor can take it, there is still the matter if the rest of the card, like Ram, can handle that speed ...

If you are asking

Warning Do not just replace the 040 with an 060 as you will blow it up. The 040 is 5v and the 060 is 3.3v |

AFAIK there is no 300Mhz. 603e or 604 for either BPPC or CSPPC .... those PPCs are from other Apple computers and will not fit/work on Amiga turbo boards ....
There was an article in an amiga mag .... I have to look if I still have it |

you are right retroman, the fastest is the 233Mhz 604 (only for 3/4000)!
But I have problem understanding the question! You have a 040 but want to change it to a 060 (for cooler performance), but what about the ppc ? Hehehe .. |

If the processor won´t be of any use for an Amiga board and you ask for a 68060 board that will have a value between 100 and 200 GBP then ...

Well it's a shame as you could have sold it for more than it is worth if it had been useful for Amiga
