xetec CDFS doesnt work - Page 2

i zoned now: Xetec-CDx_v1.65_Install.zip
two different disks i found, but they are the same thing i guess-dms and adf
and they were made with OldFileSystem.

DMS-Version with (a) can be written to Disk, but it's not a full version and quits with an error message, after choosing the right controller and drive.
DMS-Version without (a) is encrypted and can not be written to disk.

the included adf images are the same, so it doesnt matter.
those encrypted dms archives cannot be converted with xdms.
i've tested the 1.65 here too on a kickstart/workbench 1.3 system and i also get the
"not an original disk, so we cannot install" system message :/

i try to find another one.

#1) what about the CDx 2.0 on a OSF floppy image? what does this version say?

i just tested this myself: wb/kickstart 1.3 floppy and the CDx2.0 Install on a OSF diskImage.
there is a "not original" requester - but it does install things to my sys: disk.
it did not update devs:mountlist , but it added a CD0 textfile with the specific values for the mountlist file.
