Seems any Paula mode gets you a crash. Either as you click 'use' in the MUI interface, or it gets as far as the console screen, initialises AHI and craps out.

Moved back to SB128 16-bit Stereo++, and am on my third loop of all the timedemo's atm. Running smooth, and have sound. Lets see how many times round this loop I get

an infos please: is It OK a WarpEngine 060@80MHz card (with KS patched from 040 to 060) with Mediator4000Di_3V plus a PowerPC PCI card, or not compatibile with SonnetLibrary ?.

Still waiting for my killer k1 so I testet killer 2100 in a pci to pc express Adapter but the Killer nic is Not recordnised.
In pciinfo the Express Adapter Shows up but Not the inserted card.
I testet a few Card results are the same you can See the Adapter Card but Not the inserted
Card.

I can't manage to find a Killer K1/M1 here in Europe. The few sellers on eBay who have them are all in US and won't ship to Europe...

There are shipping forwarding services available, shipito.com for instance, which I've never used but maybe with a little bit of Askjeevesing you could find one that would work for you.



There is one seller that has more than 10 available, but yeah only ships to US.

also doesnt hurt to ask seller if he will ship outside
but if that doesnt work maybe a friend or the many shipping proxy out there for something so cheap and light the damage shoudnt be that bad on the wallet maybe ~$100 total after fees shipping etc
i use few japan ones and thats about what it would be from japan to usa
ofc depending on how fast you want it shipped<where the real cost comes in
if you chose a proxy look for 1 that gives you a discount maybe on signup

but you should also research the dell part# R088J for a dell parts dealer in your area

If I were to go the PMC way, how much is a PPC PMC card going for usually? (If this isn't something that is usually spoken about in public, I'm glad to ask this in a PM).

There's no real "usual" with the PPC PMC cards. Some people have paid $20, some have paid $500 or more, it kind of depends on where you're getting them from. There does seem to be large quantity available if you're not too concerned with price. And it's only money.

that PMC i linked is ok for 3.3v mediators unless you hack 3.3v from the molex 12/5v connector with a vrm to 3.3v power lines for 5v mediators
just another option that is some what cheap compared to others the carrier cards usually go for 3x more but if you hunt ebay for awhile they do come up cheap from $50-100
but it you have a 5v mediator you must provide 3.3v some how or find a PMC adapter/carrier that does do the 5v to 3.3v conversion for you like the Ramix 239/F
you could also hack your mediator to support 3.3v
whatever you can figure out to do in your specific case

the wiki does have modding instructions for certain things
like how to mod the killer nic for 5v mediators and sonnets

for PMC cards if you cant ever find cheap there is a company selling them for ~500 i think has 750/7410

After changing in Picasso96 settings variable: AmigaVideo from 31kHz to 15kH (AmigaVideo = 15kHz), FPS in BlitzQuake increased from 48.9 to 50.5 FPS!

I have speedup in Quake2 too (now I have 50.5 FPS in first demo, 640x480, G3 400Mhz L2 1MB)

In current PowerPC.library (rev 17.10) I have opposite than before. Now I have better performance when I have set 31khz in Picasso96
