Request: Tales from Heaven - CPU speed limit
Tales from Heaven is (nearly) unplayable on modern turbo boards (Vampire, 100mhz+ 060...).
There are several speed patched WHDload installs for other games out there. Would be nice to see one for this 3D platformer.
