Or maybe not. No APC & TCP software, fullstop Don't ask me for any 'not suitable for EAB' stuff, because I have none... ... well at least I won't share it

I am talking on behalf of others that do not post or wish to post on this thread etc, and there will be some people. And some people that have no clue as what APC & TCP software is or what they are (new and old users!)

An idea to have a list (top of a thread) of all currently know APC & TCP software that's kept updated. That way it would help all others that don't know.

Lets say a person has a few cd images they would like to share with us, on an EAB site. Maybe a list is a bit much, something like lame or similar would be better for checking (maybe not mame unless that's all there is).

Just pop in the cd, mounted iso, folder or archive etc. Program checks the files within for any APC & TCP software. Tells quickly if any and what files found are APC & TCP software or not.

Then the user can then be assured that, the files they upload will be accepted on EAB sites. And if has APC & TCP software found in the search they can instead share on other non EAB sites instead. Maybe this will help the uploaded been peed of having to double upload (if they bother to) and place the share on EAB sites or other no EAB sites, uploading just once.

Maybe then after get together all the know APC & TCP you could post them on a list together. On the forum somewhere everyone will notice it, with knowing it can only but help others.

The true meaning of ACP & TCP what does the abriveted letters mean. And maybe that could be part of the title on top of the list.

(i ask because i also don't know what those letters mean, they're always shown abreviated)

Just got an email from AndreasM and here are the answers :

APC & TCP stood for 'Amiga Power Computer & The Commmodore Pirates'. Later it changed to 'Amiga Personal Computer & Teamwork Computerclub Programming'.

You can find the list of games here :
http://www.apc-tcp.de/support.php
or here :
http://www.apc-tcp.de/history.php

Hope now the APC & TCP related questions are answered.

There is also that sort of database thingie about amiga games some dudes launched a short while ago called HOL:
http://hol.abime.net/hol_search.php?...lisher=APC&TCP

Didn't bother to double check if all the references were there though.

Actualy that was very informative, i didn't realise that there are so many titles i didn't know them all.

Maybe if this was posted at the thread start. With the titles listed from this link, it would be of help to anyone that needs to know.

And thanks TCD for asking about the meaning of the abbreviated APC & TCP letters for us. We now know... Hang on pirates! damn bloody pirates... lets fight back and steal their wares.

Oh heck hang on again one mo... Look they have changed their name to 'Teamwork Computerclub Programming' its no wonder the name is kept abbreviated to TCP. Maybe then they're not pirates anymore OHhh no... yeh as if...

Then there's the small matter of what all those titles are. On the cds such as vol.1, vol.2 etc, they will need to be listed.

Hi!
Is there a possibility to download all the AmigaRemix files (MUSIC folder) in one big ZIP file?

Simple answer : No. Someone would have to download the whole lot, zip it and upload it again. Or the original uploader would have to upload it that way.
