What do you mean? As far as I'm aware, the latest one in the above linked to thread is "Brus Lii v1.03b (2017-08-19)(AmigaWave).adf".

My question; is this new version the "final" and should we discard anything previous?

That was another version ...
This is the version that I design ... they are not the same ...
It's hard to understand ... but I got 3 programmers and none ended the game as I designed it, so I made this version as I designed it ...
Let each one download the version he wants and play the one he wants ... Mine is the one that I have finished now ... That one you put there was made by the second programmer and I did not like the way he did ... but if someone likes, well, great :genial
Yeah all cool, just trying to piece together the background / reason for this release

Have you split from "AmigaWave" or something?

For Barbarian+, just turn off "Cycle-exact"

Regarding "The Real Brus Lii", as this is made in Backbone, you will need to set the following config in WinUAE if you want to it play decently:
  • CPU = 68030
  • Chipset = AGA (untick "Cycle-exact")
...standard Backbone game config; crazy I know

Really I can't understand this situation when you left the group and start to recreate your own version or vision of our old games removing all other collaborations like, music , gfx, etc... and considering that you are the only owner of the game. Remember that you collaborate inside a team to create this titles. For me the work of all members have the same importance and should be receive the same respect that your work.
I hope that you focus your work creating new Amiga titles and left try recreate or usurp old titles where you collaborate with your great graphics inside a team.

The programmer never refused to finish, simply take a new job outside our country and that situation make too difficult finish the game as we wish. Because this situation we publish the game as is, before lost in a drawer. Now you remade your own version removing all collaborations from all other member of the team, Great !!! .
For me it's very simple you using a promotional picture of other game , made by other team for promote your own version.

I know you are the author of the pixel art or the logo, but it's not the same that be the owner of the work of lot of people. The author of a graphics in a game or be the pixel artist in a project it's not necessarily be the same that "I'm the owner of a project" or" I'm the creator of a project". Remember that graphics it's part of a game or project, an important and most visible part sure, but not make less important the work of the coder, musician, betatesters, supporters or any other contribution to the project.

No more words from me about this situation.

I don't know why you can't understand that try to make sales of your new Iron Gate game with AmigaWave boxes of other game it's not a good idea. I think it's a very simple concept.
If you really consider it's an Iron Gate game? in this case why not use Iron Gate logo and name ?.
