micq socket woes
Hi! I'm trying to get micq working under AmigaForever (ver. 5). I just recently re-installed, and yesterday got gcc/geekgadgets set up. The first issue that's popped up is that whenever I try to run micq, it fails to connect with "socket: Function not implemented." I replaced the ixemul.library I had before with the one from the ixemul-bin package from the GG archive, and now it asks for an AmiTCP disk when the program starts up. It fails on the same error, whether I hit cancel or assign some random path to AmiTCP:.
Has anyone seen/fixed this? Thanks! |
