A New Tosec Source?
I have never heard of this site before, but they seem to have a HUGE Tosec collection from many plataforms (not only Amiga).
Here is the Amiga link: http://www.planetemu.net/html/sets/setamiga.htm |

:laugh EDIT: Ian, but how long will the redirection work? Also note Fissuras and the issues he is having just getting there. Sometimes having the correct address will help to bypass the redirection which could help some users connect Just a thought :hoo |

Try to use some anonymous proxies if it doesn't work. It works for me only with a proxy.

On internet explorer go to tools menu and then internet options. Then connections-->lan settings, then tick "use a proxy server" and type the ip and port. Many anonymous proxy servers can be found here . When a server is specified, outlook express also uses it while checking mails so don't be surprised if you fail to download your mails while the proxy is on. Also most of these servers on this site don't seem to work but just some of them do. You'll have to try them and it may get frustrating after a while. Another thing, your connection speed therefore download speed may decrease if you use a slow server. I guess specifying a proxy server is similar with netscape and opera too.

But most of the day my packets goes from SP/Miami/Ashburn and there they are lost. They shouldn't be going to Ashburn. I have never been in Ashburn. I don't know anyone in Ashburn, I don't have anything against Ashburn, I don't even know where Ashburn is, but I am stuck there!!!!! Since I am stuck in Ashburn, there is no way to reach any of those IPs starting with 202.xxx, or the 61.xxx, nor even emuchina.net. Here is a successfull traceroute (don't mind the times, I was overloaded): (...) 4 203 ms 19 ms 19 ms 200.199.193.129 5 43 ms 43 ms 45 ms if-10-1-0-1.bb1.SaoPaulo.Teleglobe.net [207.45.193.165] 6 201 ms 201 ms 398 ms if-1-0.core1.Miami.Teleglobe.net [66.110.8.161] 7 342 ms 313 ms 278 ms if-5-0.core1.LosAngeles.Teleglobe.net [207.45.223.62] 8 631 ms 518 ms 568 ms ix-7-7.core1.LosAngeles.Teleglobe.net [207.45.193.74] 9 430 ms 433 ms 543 ms p-13-0-r1-c-shsh-1.cn.net [202.97.33.73] 10 597 ms 629 ms 665 ms 202.101.63.253 11 515 ms 592 ms 566 ms 202.101.63.26 12 460 ms 414 ms 506 ms 61.129.95.38 13 EMUCHINA!!!!!!!!!! funny
I used the proxy suggested, and the first page of emuchina loaded. But only that. Afterwards, nothing happened, and I was unable to get to EAB.
edit: I will try that multiproxy |
