I try to run it on winuae from Your collection but it display guru error after cracktro.
I try my other older winuae and it's run fine.
I wonder would it be possible to add it to Your collection.
Works fine here Gzegzolka... you just needed to set "1MB Chip RAM"

So, please just download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

Following on from this further discussion in the thread: Land of Genesis AGA lives left bug

I've now made an executive decision regarding the game in my collection

I've applied the "Land.of.Genesis.Fix.v1_0gt.lzx" patch, but not for the "gencli" file, as for me this causes issues with the intro...

I've also applied ross's patch to fix these bugs:
  • Lives counter; incorrect number of lives, countdown and speech.
  • 2nd fire button; previously all your special weapon would constantly be used after one press of the button.
The updated "Readme" file now looks like this:

...but as mentioned in the other thread; I can't be sure that anything else is not missing due to not using the patched "gencli" file.

Anyway, download / extract the update from here to "C:\WinUAE"

Yeah I know

There's a lifetime worth of games to try / play... even just scrolling through the list looking at the title / screenshots takes absolutely ages

To be honest, I never even thought about sharing with others... of course that wasn't my original goal when I started this project back in mid 2005, it was purely personal.

It was only after Toni implemented the "Boxart" feature that I thought "Now this collection really looks great" and "Maybe others would really enjoy this as well"... after all my many, many, many years of hard work

Of course in reality; the title / screenshots are not even 5% of the real work behind this collection... but the aesthetical gain as opposed to just scrolling through a "text list" is astronomical

Anyway, I'm extremely happy with how things have progressed; this project was started for my own enjoyment, with the goal being that I could easily play any game that I wanted to without fuss.

...and I think that I've achieved that; one of the best collections available showcasing all that is Amiga; just double-click and go without having to worry about understanding all Amiga models / complex setups / configurations / best files to use etc...

Not to mention that it's all been achieved by one sole person; me!!!

This is why I laugh when I get comments from losers saying "You could do all this in 2 weeks; I don't see what's so special about this collection".

Yeah right; I'd love them to even attempt achieving half the number of games / level of perfection in say 5 years... go on then!!!

No problem Sodoshi; glad you're having fun

Yes, I could definitely add Historyline 1914-1918 in a future update. Looks very similar to Battle Isle.

Regarding "Atomz", do you mean "Atoms" which appeared on numerous coverdisks:

... Amiga Power 31 (November 1993)
... Amiga Format 46 (May 1993)
... Amiga Format 91 (December 1996)

Or are you talking about this: Atomz for AGA?

oo, definitely the cover disk AP31/AF46. Although the link to AF91 reminded me of Space Wars which I remember tooling with for ages. I miss the days when pocket money meant staring for ages at the magazines and weighing up the pros/cons against the games on cassettes and dithering for *hours*.

As I'm not sure when the next "Update Pack #25" will even start / be completed... here is Historyline 1914-1918.

Just download from here and extract into "C:\WinUAE"

I had a thoroughly enjoyable night.

We discussed everything Amiga, Rygar AGA and the exciting future of the Amiga scene / new games development
It's so cool to put a face to all the great work you've done on this collection. I would have attended if I wasn't close enough to literally the other side of the world, I'm glad you both had a great time!

I've been somewhat AWOL due to my own personal life, and I log back in here to find HUGE updates awaiting me, which I'll be checking out soon, and I'm really looking forward to. Thank you so very much!
