Don't know, but maybe better to create a separate collection for emulated game.
For me it's less a WinUAE Collection even if I will follow it as it's DD choice.
Otherwhise why not putting all others games that can be emulated as well (C64, etc.)
My two cents.

Yeah, the Amiga versions of Dark Castle and Beyond Dark Castle sucked unfortunately...

The MAC versions are where it's at; I remember seeing / briefly playing on a school friend's MAC and was very jealous

As a side-note; the Dark Castle - Cheatcode cracked me up... who in their right mind is going to do this:
After half an hour or so you will have about 25 lives...

I have been reading the whole thread from the beginning again. And I got to say regarding this

Change these:

a) C:\WinUAE\<gamedir> names.
b) C:\WinUAE\<configuration file>.uae names.
c) Via Notepad, edit the required configuration files and change the directories located within, then save.

...it's a manual process unfortunately, and will probably take you an hour or so to get everything how "you" like it but.

What's an hour of your time though, at the end of the day, when I've spent over a decade organising everything?

It is not going to take more than 5 minutes if he uses a program called 'bulk rename utility'.

It's free

Well to be honest, you only really need to rename the configuration files.

No need to rename the <gamedirs> so therefore also no need change the <gamedirs> inside the configuration files.

Yeah, I used 'Flash Renamer' to change just the configuration files, moved 'The' at the beginning of the filename to the end of the filename. Took 10 seconds, (nearly 2 years ago!).

...and that is just ticking "Cycle-exact DMA/Memory accesses"
So please just download and extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

Awesome update
Few days ago I have found PD game called Quicksilva by Entactogenic Design 1996.
It got nice graphics and music, but gameplay is not as good as Sonic.
[ Show youtube player ]
I try to run it on winuae from Your collection but it display guru error after cracktro.
I try my other older winuae and it's run fine.
I wonder would it be possible to add it to Your collection.

Interesting

I'll take a look sometime tomorrow... mcgeezer is in London currently so am about to get ready then head off to meet him in St Pauls for dinner, drinks and a good old chinwag

If any other London EAB members are around that area; feel free to come along too. Although I know it's very short notice...

So just got home after hanging out with Graeme

Drinks, dinner, and a few more drinks...

Graeme is the handsome one on the left

I had a thoroughly enjoyable night.

We discussed everything Amiga, Rygar AGA and the exciting future of the Amiga scene / new games development

Awesome! Thank you! You release these updates without enough time to play everything from the last updates. LOL I'll never get through this and I love it just like that.
