Operation Wolf only supports on floppy drive, so you need to swap disks using the F12 menu when the game requires disk 2.

(In FS-UAE Launcher, go to the floppies tab and add Disk 1 in the first floppy drive, and add both disks to the "media swap list" - then both disks will be available to insert into DF0 from the F12 menu in FS-UAE)

In the next development release, you can specify the option:

Code:
cdrom_drive_0_delay = 1
In order to delay the insertion of the CD. This will cause the full CD32 animation to play, including music, before starting the game.

(A couple of CD32 games actually requires this, and will fail if the CD32 system is started with the CD inserted).
