IRC closed for now?

I've been trying to access the IRC server today and have not been able to connect all the times I've tried. Have RCK stopped new connections to the server for now?

Exact same thing here too, with mIRC.

Glad (in a way) that it isn't just me!

Bit of a shame. Been away from the computer all weekend: now I'm free, IRC is down. I was going to wade in and accept SWOS challenges.

Guess something stopped accepting connections since there still seem to be people in there.

The IRC statistics are very much wrong

I was booted off this morning, with a message saying the server was coming down. EAB website was also down (so I couldn't whine about IRC being down). Now website is up, and IRC isn't.

How the hell am I supposed to look cool and idle all damn day if the IRC server is down?!

Server went down this afternoon after one buggy kernel update, then after reboot, I simply forgot to restart our irc server

(ATM, this service is not auto-launched, like kaillera)

You can still provoke responses from EABot. Even if it is only getting it to say who posts the most.
