As with your A3640, clocks, voltages, shorts / opens to GND / VCC
Only when you are certain that all that is done can you suspect the MACH chips. |

Gonna ask a stupid question my friend, (as it caught me out too) are the A4000 mother board CLK jumpers set right? Both need to be set to INT for the CSMk2 not EXT. |
