SILVER9 core released for Vampire 600 V2

SILVER9 core has been released and it brings new cool features !

Full changelog :
* Fixed bug in TRAPV
* Fixed bug in Fusing
* Fixed MMU write protect of Kickstart
* Fully enabled Branch-Target-Cache (big speed up)
* DIV 64 flags fixed (thanks R_Nev !)
* Added more AMMX instructions
