Many archive programs will handle lha files, the already mentioned 7-zip, also Izarc is another freeware one, I think WinRAR also handles lha files.
But as s2325 said, it's best to do these under WinUAE running a Amiga Workbench system as the Windows filesystem can scramble the names of files and even fail to show them at all once the lha is processed.

Yes confirm that WinRAR unpacks LHA archives, as mentioned ptyerman better to unpack the AmigaOS environment, there are archives such as for example MUI38.lha where WinRAR finds an error, this because inside the MUI archive is here I'm file unnamed

Best windows program to do this is for me Total Commander, though the only "safe" method is indeed to do that on emulated Amiga (and to unpack the archives not to windows directories but to some disk image).

This is possible, for example we unpack the Amiga side the file MUI3.8.lha on "Directory Windows" the file "unnamed" which is located it'll be here I'm
but not visible, a great way to hide folders and files on Windows

I suspect this is simply the "h" file attribute and that you'll see them again if you setup your file explorer to show hidden files...

No I have hidden files and extensions shown, the file included MUI archive is not hidden, but "no name" (used space characters only), Windows do not use key space nome file end not use key space before the name file.

MUI has a 0-byte file afair. Windows doesn't know what to do with this and it's missing if you transfer then everything to an Amiga.

No file MUI fno-name is "8.204 byte", but it can also be 100 MB nothing changes, if the file "no name" is copied/created from WinUAE on Windows the file will be named "__uae______"

Yes only v3.7 and v3.8 later versions do not have this file

7-Zip rename MUI file no-name with a dash (_)
